Christmas & New Year opening hours

Good news! The Archives will remain open until 4.30 pm on Thursday 21 December 2017 when we will close for the Christmas break. We will re-open at 9.00 am on Tuesday 2nd January 2018.

We will be closing at 4.30 pm on Wednesday 28th February 2018 to move into the newly refurbished Heritage Hub. We will be reopening at 9.00 am on 13 March 2018.

  • Evesham Journal covering the North Cotswolds on microfilm for 1890-1951, 1985-1989 (Cotswold Journal)


  • Copies of tithe maps for parishes in the North Cotswold area 
  • Maps and plans of Stow and surrounding area from the 1880s to the 1990s including Ordnance Survey maps at 25 inches to the mile/1:2500 on microfiche and 6 inches to the mile/1:10,000


  • County directories on microfiche, 1820 to 1939
