I registered for the 17 February auction - what happens next?
If you registered online you will receive an email after 28 February with an offer, based on the usage information you have submitted. You are under no obligation unless you decide to switch.
If you have registered with the Big Community Switch by telephone you will receive your offer in writing by post.
If you decide to accept the offer you need to let us know before 31 March 2014.
The Big Community Switch team then take care of the entire switch for you, meaning the whole thing is as smooth and hassle-free for you as possible.
How do I get in touch if I have a query?
The Gloucestershire Big Community Switch Helpline will be open between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday until 31 March 2014 so call us on 01452 42 57 57 if you have an enquiry.
