Online forms
We are currently experiencing some problems with online forms.
Please do not attempt to use any of the online form links on this page.
Although you may be able to complete the form we cannot process them and your data will be lost.
All our libraries have computers with free access to the internet, as well as Microsoft Office, printing and networked reference information. All computers have adaptive software.
How to book online
You will need to sign in with your membership card number to book time on a computer in any of our libraries: book online.
If you are not already a member join here.
How long can you use them for?
You can use computers for up to 2 hours. You can book up to 8 sessions in advance.
How to use a library computer
To use a computer you must be a library member and agree to the libraries public computers Acceptable Use Agreement as set out in our
Access to the Internet Policy [334kb].
Please be aware that we do not allow personal electrical equipment to the plugged into any electrical sockets within library buildings.
GCC is not licensed for the public broadcast of music performances - if you wish to listen to music performances via a library computer you will need to complete a Private study agreement.
It is a good idea to book a computer in advance. Library members can reserve time on a computer either by booking on-line or by calling into a library.
We may be able to offer you a computer if you drop-in but you may have to wait quite a long time if there isn't a computer available. It is always best to book in advance.

Printing charges
Computers are free to use but you will be charged the following fees for printing:
- Black and white A4 - 10p per sheet
- Colour A4 - 80p per sheet,
- Black and white A3 - 20p per sheet
- Colour A3 - £1 per sheet
Free Wi-Fi areas
There are free Wi-Fi areas for members in Cirencester Library and Cheltenham Library.
