Cycling can be a reality for short journeys for many people, in fact cycling can change your life!  Cycling can help you manage your budget (very cost efficient), your health (get that heart pumping) and your local environment (be climate change aware). 

So what do you need to get you started? A bicycle that is the right size for you and in good working order with working brakes, reflectors, and lights.  We would advise getting a helmet and a fluorescent/reflective jacket to be seen in poor visibility and at night.
