Data Confidentiality Agreement for Remote Access (RAG)
Using digital devices to access GCC data
1. Do not store GCC data on anything other than a GCC device
Users shall not store on a GCC/ 3rd party/ personal digital device, any data in any media (including but not limited to data in computerised or electronic form) that has been downloaded or otherwise accessed from the GCC data network without the written permission of ICT Services.
2. When viewing confidential GCC data at home, consider it "for your eyes only"
Users shall keep all "confidential information" (which for this purpose shall mean any information that has been downloaded or otherwise accessed from the GCC data network using a GCC/ 3rd party/ personal digital device, which the User ought reasonably to regard as being confidential to GCC or third parties whether or not such information is expressly stated to be confidential or marked as such) confidential and accordingly not disclose any such confidential information to any other person unless expressly authorised in writing to do so by ICT Services.
3. When working with GCC data from a remote location, you are bound by the same data confidentiality conditions as working in your GCC office. This includes the GCC/Health Code of Connection where applicable.
Users shall not access or process any personal data (as defined in the GCC Data Protection Policy) that has been downloaded or otherwise accessed from the GCC data network using a GCC/ 3rd party/ personal digital device, other than those expressly authorised in writing by ICT Services and shall comply with all instructions given by ICT Services from time to time in relation to such processing.
I fully understand the terms laid down in this Data Confidentiality Agreement for using a digital device to access the GCC data network and agree to abide by them. I understand that a breach of these rules could lead to disciplinary action.
