As new organisations can apply to join the list at any time, it's always best to check the website for the most up to date information and prices.

Your personal budget is yours to spend, you don't have to use the services suggested. However, if you do chose to use one of the listed providers then you will have to pay a fee from your personal budget amount.

My Care My Home is a care, information and advice service offering:

  • Professional care advice service offering people support on finding and funding their care
  • Working in partnership with various local authorities across the UK
  • Work closely with s select group of accredited later life financial advisers
  • Provide 16 free and chargeable services including 'choose your own personal assistant/carer    including Direct Payment Management
  • Comprehensive information packs and factsheets are provided to every customer
  • Face to face or telephone advice service aimed at helping individuals to find a suitable care provider, whether that is care in their own home, in a sheltered or extra care scheme, residential or Nursing home
  • fully functional website, where we have a comprehensive database of over 52,000 Care Home and Domiciliary Care Providers
  • Offer individuals advice about the cost of care and funding options available to them, how they can adapt their existing homes to meet their requirements and, if necessary assist in the letting or selling of their home to help fund the cost of their care

Partner2Care can help you plan, get started and manage a Personal Health Budget. As a specialist provider, our team includes nurses and clinical trainers who can make sure your personal assistants and able to perform, and be insured, to perform health tasks.
