Randwick is split between two county council divisions with the largest part represented by the county councillor for North Stroud division and a smaller section represented by the county councillor for Stroud West division. The parish is similarly split between district council wards with the larger part represented by the district councillor for Over Stroud ward and the smaller part by the three district councillors for Cainscross ward on Stroud District Council.
