What we do and whyOur aim is to improve the lives of children and young people in Gloucestershire. Our role is to identify need within the community and meet those needs by planning effectively and specifying what services are needed, known as commissioning. Effective planning and commissioning of services to meet identified needs is at the heart of Every Child Matters, with the aim of improving outcomes for children and young people.
