Transport for people using Social Care

To help people get the best out of Community and Adult Care we provide transport where it is necessary. Transport is usually provided to get people to and from the services we provide, such as day centres, sheltered workshops or adult opportunity centres. This Information Sheet provides more information about what services are available.
