Every year parents, childminders and providers benefit from a range of grants and funding provided through the County Council's Children and Young People's Directorate.

Sources of funding for early years and childcare providers

In addition to the 'Free for 3 & 4' funding, we still maintain various grants schemes available to providers, such as small sustainability grants, NCMA Quality Start grants for childminders, and startup funding for before and after school clubs.
