About the Rural Transport PartnershipWhat is the Rural Transport Partnership? The Partnership brings together the four rural District Councils, the County Council, Voluntary Organisations, Businesses and service providers such as the Health Authority. The Rural Transport Partnership was launched in 1999, and is funded by the Countryside Agency and the local authorities.
