In response to the Government's desire to provide care at home for vulnerable people we are anticipating the need for more skilled people. We expect numbers of vulnerable people that we provide care for to rise, as the numbers of Gloucestershire's population over the age of 75 grows. Gloucestershire has a larger proportion of people in this age bracket than almost anywhere else and numbers are rising.
