Tender - Care and Support Contracted Providers List

Current Tender Opportunity

In partnership with Supporting People, and on behalf of the Gloucestershire NHS Community and Social Care Partnership, we invite tenders from organisations wishing to join an open list of contracted providers for the provision of care and support services to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and/or mental health problems.

The aim of the Services purchased under this Care and Support Contract is to provide support and/or accommodation to individual Service Users in order to promote choice and independence, promote independent living, promote active involvement of Service Users in the services they receive and maximise social inclusion.
