The Research Team of the Chief Executive Support Team, Gloucestershire County Council, is responsible for Consultation Strategy for the County Council.

As part of that Strategy, a Consultation toolkit has been provided to help you plan and deliver high quality and effective consultations. It contains all the subject areas you need to consider. Use it along with the Consultation Planning Template to ensure your piece of work is carried out successfully and efficiently.

We are happy for partner organisations to use the toolkit to guide their consultations.

A great deal of consultation with the community is carried out across Gloucestershire by the public and voluntary sectors. 
The Consultation Management System is designed to coordinate this consultation activity, as well as providing the community with an opportunity to take part in consultation. The system will also hold reports of all completed consultation exercises.
