Media and Public Relations Service

The Media Team (press office) provides a 24 hour media response service to journalists, as well as advice and guidance to council staff, elected members and schools.

Office hours are from 8.30am until 5.30pm, with press officers available for response out of hours and at weekends. To contact the office out of hours, call 01452 425226 listen to the recorded message for details of the duty Press Officer. This includes highways and fire press enquiries.
