Each school, academy or other educational establishment in Gloucestershire has a single log in for Schoolsnet. This gives you access to secure information for all establishments and to specific services your school has purchased.
New look Schoolsnet
On 30 January 2017 we launched a new look Schoolsnet and all passwords had to be reset. An email with a link to set a new password was sent to the email address we have registered for your school. Your old password will not work automatically. If you are a school administrator please follow our guide on how to set up or reset a password.

If you don't know the log in for your school please ask your administrator.

You will be able share the log in with school staff and governors on request but please advise them that only people with access to the mailbox should reset the password.
What if you can’t see some information
Make sure you are using the correct login – other logins will not work (tip: username is 6 letters and 7 digits long and starts with 'Office')
If you have NOT bought a service you will see a message alerting you to this when you link to the page.
If you think you have bought a service and should have access please email the Business Service Centre at ContactUs to check.

The information above only applies to Schoolsnet. Other GCC sites and systems may have different log ins and you will need to ask the relevant service for help. Contact information is usually shown on the system log in screen.
