We offer a range of mindfulness courses that focus on the wellbeing of your whole Family.

 

Discover new activities that are designed to promote positive wellbeing. Many of our mindfulness courses are designed for the whole family; come along and work together to discover new activities that you can continue to do at home. Whether you are looking for new ways to get active, or activities to help your family to relax and unwind after a busy day – we have something for you!

 

Some examples of what we offer:

  • 'Family Yoga and Mindfulness' - In this family session you will have the chance to try out some yoga with your family, and you can also practice some mindfulness techniques. 
  • 'Family Movement and Dance' is a practical family session which will have you all moving. Come along for a family learning session with a difference!
  • Our ‘Family First Aid’ course covers the basics of applying first aid at home. The sessions will cover things such as the recovery position, CPR, bleeding, burns, bandaging and common childhood illnesses.
  • 'Keep Calm Kids' is a course designed to support parents, carers and children; you will work together in a supportive and calm environment to develop strategies and tools for managing emotional wellbeing. You will complete weekly activities which include both mindfulness practice and practical activities, which are designed to be used at home.
