Doing yoga outsideSome examples of what we offer: 

  • Yoga - We offer a variety of Yoga sessions to suit people of all abilities. At ‘Chair Yoga for Everyone’ you will learn simple sequences that you will be able to do at home from the comfort of a chair. You will also learn about breathing exercises and practice gentle movements to restore energy, induce calm and increase mobility, balance and strength. ‘Yoga for all abilities’ is a six week beginners course for people of all ages and abilities; a course designed to teach you how to relax the body and improve your fitness, and help you unwind from the stresses of everyday life.
  • 'Colours for Wellbeing' is a beginners taster session into the world of mindfulness, where you will explore different colours that are associated with day to day things and understand how they impact the mind, using fun and eye opening activities.
  • 'Calming the Mind' is a course designed to support parents with finding ways to remain calm and regain a sense of balance and purpose.
  • 'Finding Peace in a Frantic World' is a 6 week course for those that are struggling to keep up with the relentless demands of the modern world. Based on Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), you will learn to meet the worst that life throws at you with renewed courage, find stillness and improve your mental wellbeing. Recommended by the UK’s National institute for Health and Clinical Excellence.
