Adult Social Care - Administration
Team Administrator (Grade 3 SCP 4-6)
As a Team Administrator you will work in a locality team. Team Administrators provide administrative support to social care staff, allowing them to focus on people first, therefore they are a vital team member. Team Administrators are at the forefront of customer interaction, in some cases even being the first voice that someone interacting with Adult Social Care will hear. A Team Administrators role will involve a number of clerical duties to help with the smooth operation of administration, including working on reception, answering telephone calls, supporting on the referral centre and other ad-hoc duties.

Admin Level 2 (Grade 4 SCP 7-10)
As an Admin Level 2, you will work in a locality team under the Integrated Social Care Manager. Your role will be to undertake administrative duties to support the business needs of the Team and the wider service area. You will be responsible for diary management and facilitating meetings as well as a number of clerical duties to help with the smooth operation of administration, including working on reception, answering telephone calls, supporting on the referral centre and other ad-hoc duties.

Referral Taker (Grade 5 SCP 11-14)
As a Referral Taker in Adult Social Care you will work in a locality team on the referral or response centre. This customer service based role is fundamental to the effectiveness of our referral centre work. It is largely telephone based and involves handling calls, screening calls and updating a central record database, all whilst providing a high standard of customer service. The Referral Taker works closely with partner agencies and is often the first point of contact for an Adults Social Care Locality Team, therefore Referral Takers are valued team members.

Senior Team Administrator (Grade 5 SCP 11-14)
The Senior Team Administrator is a management position based within the administration teams in our locality settings. As a Senior Team Administrator you will support in managing a team, in order to deliver a comprehensive administration function, to meet the needs of customers. You will work under the direction of the Locality Admin Team Leader to ensure consistent administration and support standards and will assist with implementation and creation of new administration processes.

Locality Admin Team Leader (Grade 7 SCP 21-25)
As a Locality Admin Team Leader you will manage the Administration team in the locality or Learning Disabilities team. As an Admin Team Leader you will provide direct line management to team members and take responsibility for their work and performance. The Admin Team Leader leads the team to ensure the delivery of a comprehensive administration function for the service area. The Admin Team Leader will also take responsibility for meeting with other Admin Team Leaders from across the county to ensure consistent administrative standards and procedures are implemented and maintained across the service.
