Volunteer to plant and maintain trees 

Gloucestershire County Council works with the Tree Council and The Arboricultural Association to bring people together with a shared interest in trees and out planet’s future.

Tree wardens are volunteers who champion trees and who play an active role in conserving trees and woods in their communities.

Activities can include:

  • Planting trees
  • Providing care and maintenance to trees
  • Protecting trees and woods
  • Liaising with the local community
  • Organising activities such as planting
  • Finding suitable planting projects or sites within your local community
