Gloucestershire Early Payment Service

The Gloucestershire Early Payments Service provides suppliers with the opportunity to receive payment of invoices earlier than the standard 30-day term in return for a small rebate on the invoice value. The rebate is applied in line with the agreement reached between the supplier and GCC and is proportionate to the number of days the payments is accelerated by.
