The Social Work Academy
Gloucestershire's Social Work Academy was launched in 2019 and now has a comprehensive programme of learning opportunities to support the continuing professional development of Gloucestershire’s children’s social workers and allied professionals.
Building on the success of the Essentials 2.0 Programme, the Essentials 3.0 Programme provides a thematic focus on:
- Relational practice
- Ability to make and sustain change
- Domestic Violence
- Parental Mental Health
- Parental Substance Misuse
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
