9.1 When seeking quotes for goods and services with an Estimated Total Contract Value of £25,000 (excl. VAT) and over, Authorised Officers should use reasonable endeavours to seek at least one quote from a Gloucestershire based supplier. For goods and services less than £25,000, Authorised Officers may wish to consider obtaining two quotes one of which is from a Gloucestershire based supplier.
