Below are the Officer employment procedure rules.
The appointment of officers other than to posts mentioned at item 2 of Table 3.402 in Part 3 of the Constitution (Duties of the Appointments Committee) and paragraph 3 above (Appointment of Political Assistants) will be the responsibility of the Head of Paid Service or Director concerned or their nominee and may not be made by County Councillors.
