Community and wellbeing public survey now live
We’re running a community and wellbeing survey at the moment until 21 July which is intended to add context to the work of our ‘adults single programme’ for social care. We’d be very grateful if you could help us by sharing the survey with your constituents. https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/CommunityandWellbeingSurvey
If you have questions about the survey, would like paper copies or different formats, please ring 01452 328167 or email candwsurvey@gloucestershire.gov.uk
We want to find out what people value in their communities and why and how they found out about the services and support available to them. We want to know where people go for information and advice, what helps people remain independent, and any services they’ve used in planning for the future. We also want to learn about the experiences of people who have stayed in hospital during the last 12 months and how they got information to support them when leaving hospital.
This questionnaire is being carried out with support from iMPOWER, an organisation that specialises in helping public sector bodies improve their offer to local people.
