Published
12.12.2019

Dear Member,

We need your help! We want to hear about families’ and professionals’ experiences with the Health Visiting and School Nursing Services, which support children and young people from pre-birth to 19 years old.

Please share the article below with the families and professionals you work with so that we can gather as much useful feedback as possible. You can also download a poster and postcard here, which you can email or display at your place of work.

The surveys are for:

  • parents/carers
  • young people and
  • professionals who work with children and young people.

They will be open until 22 January 2020.

Many thanks for your support,

Alison Comley
Children’s Public Health Commissioning Team
