Introduction of Parkmap

Currently,  Arcmap is used as our system to map all parking restrictions Countywide. As part of a legal Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) these restrictions are illustrated by a legally sealed map tile.

We are moving to a different mapping system to complete this exercise in the future, Parkmap. We aim that this system will be more customer friendly and flexible and efficient in the way it works. This is solely an administrative exercise. There will be no changes to existing restrictions and there terms and conditions, including parking charges. If restrictions are proposed to be amended in the future then a separate TRO process will be carried out in line with current legislation and guidance.  

Please find attached the Statement of Reason and the Notice for the amendment to move from our current Arcmap system to the new Parkmap system.
