Let’s manage the risk not manage the damage!

Managing risk is about being aware of the risks we face and how we manage them; as well as regularly reviewing them, escalating as necessary, and identifying emerging risks and opportunities.
All staff are being reminded to familiarise themselves with the Risk Management policy to ensure that the risks and opportunities identified as part of their day to day business activities are being Identified, managed and escalated accordingly.
Management have also been asked to speak to their staff and make sure they are aware of and are following the policy.
We have recently updated our policy and added a toolkit to staffnet for guidance.
