How to access counselling

This page includes details of counselling support available to you. You may also find it useful to view our Wellbeing support for all Gloucestershire citizens page and our advice and support for young people page. Don't forget GPs are open and available to support you.

TIC+ offer both face-to-face (ages 9-21) or online counselling (age 11-21) for children, young people and families with mild to moderate mental health needs.

GPs, agencies and professionals can sign post the young person or their parent/carer to TIC+ to make a self-referral. Self-referrals can be made by phone or online using text chat via the website. TIC+ counsellors cover the whole of Gloucestershire. They will arrange to see children and young people at their school or college or at a convenient location near to where the young person lives.

Call 01594 372777, text 07520 634063 or visit www.ticplus.org.uk to access the online chat and parent's helpline.
