The 5 ways to wellbeing are:
- Be active,
- Take notice,
- Keep learning, and

It is important to try to calm your busy mind. Try not to stay glued to the news.
Take some time to enjoy the moment and the environment around you and notice something you had not noticed before. Spend time outside in the garden in nature if you can.
You could even try some mindfulness!
