How you may feel
You may be familiar with the impact of stress on your mind and body and have some strategies for coping. You may already have a care plan or a plan to keep yourself safe when your mental health is worst.
When we are under severe stress it is often hard to remember how to help ourselves – so if you have a plan, keep it somewhere you can see it – and if not, now is a good time to make one.
