Make sure you get further support if you feel you need it. Just talking about what we are worried about can be a huge help.

Gloucestershire Age UK

Gloucestershire Age UK have adapted their Out of Hospital service available to older people who are discharged following a stay in hospital. This is in line with Government COVID-19 guidance.
