Treatment and support

Help us help you get the treatment you need

  • If you have symptoms of Covid-19 and these worsen at home you should get a test to confirm if you have Covid-19. This will be helpful to you and your family, but will also support the NHS Test and Trace system in controlling the virus. To book a test, visit the NHS website or call 119. NHS 111 has a dedicated online service which will tell you if you need medical help and advises on next steps. Please only call 111 if you cannot get help online
  • Non Covid-19 illnesses - If you are worried about your health or have symptoms that need to be checked out urgently, NHS services are still available and it’s important you make contact
  • Call your GP surgery, or if it’s a life threatening situation for example severe chest pain or signs of stroke, call 999

The NHS in Gloucestershire has created an online hub of information about NHS services and support.
