This guidance is for managers and providers of homelessness and rough sleeping accommodation, including hostels and hotels as well as some forms of temporary accommodation provided for those who are homeless and vulnerable.
- Employees or visitors with symptoms of Covid-19 however mild must self-isolate for at least 10 days from when they started having symptoms and must have a test (book here or call 119)
- You may be informed of a confirmed case by Test and Trace, an employee, guest or our Public Health team. Due to the vulnerability of the client group, any suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 must be reported to PHE Health Protection Team (PHE HPT) and the Local Authority immediately
