Learning disabilities and / or Autism

Managing your emotions and keeping control

- Learn relaxation techniques.
- Create a plan with your carer for when you feeling anxious.
Hearing about COVID-19 and the changes it causes in your daily life might make you feel like you have no control or it might make you worried or scared about your health. These feelings are common. Try to speak to someone you trust such as a friend, family member or supporter.
