By using this interactive mapping system you are agreeing to the following disclaimer:

• Members of the public, with access to map based data for information purposes, use any information accessed,
  for indicative use only
• Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the data, which is supplied in good faith, the County Council will not accept any liability in respect of any loss, damage or injury (financial, contractual or otherwise) sustained as a result or allegedly as a result of reliance thereon
• It is accepted that the GIS data is provided as is, with all faults
  It is also accepted that the GIS data accessed may have a number of errors which may include but are not limited to the following types of errors:
• Spatial errors whereby the areas depicted by these maps are approximately, and are not necessarily accurate to surveying or engineering standards - X/Y co-ordinates may be in error by several metres or more.
• Registration errors whereby the GIS data layers may not overlay each other correctly.
• Attribute errors whereby database information may be incorrect
• Currency errors whereby GIS data layers, databases and documents may not be the most current available or may not depict the specified time. All data is subject to constant change. Data input lags real-world changes by varying periods of time.
• Completeness errors whereby data may be missing or data may be included that does not belong
• Project or topographic distortion errors whereby all map projections including the Ordnance Survey National Grid upon which the maps are based, introduce distortion by representing the irregular shape of the earth's surface on flat maps. This affects feature shapes and map distances.
• Property boundaries shown on the mapping and data in the interactive maps do not relate to land ownership; land ownership queries should be referred to the Land Registry www.gov.uk/government/organisations/land-registry
• The maps do not show information regarding he status of a road and whether it is publically maintainable or
  adopted highway
• The Ordnance Survey mapping in the interactive maps is provided by Gloucestershire County Council in order to fulfil its public function to make information available, as part of the Council's e-government strategy. Persons viewing this mapping should contact the ordnance Survey for advice where they wish to licence Ordnance Survey map data for their own use.
