Have you/do you need to register with Ofsted?

If you are a Private, Voluntary and Independent (PVI), childminder or other early years setting then you need to register with Ofsted on the early years and childcare registers, if you are not already registered.

Provision run by schools are covered by the school’s registration with Ofsted, unless caring for under twos, then the school needs to register with Ofsted.
