Offer opportunities to children (supported by parents or EY setting) to attend school events

Visit EY settings to meet and get to know children.

For children with additional needs in Summer Term 1 of their pre-school year, school SENCO/class teacher should attend TAC meetings where appropriate and begin planning any enhanced transition arrangements, reasonable adjustments, resources and staffing needed to support a successful start at school
