Portage Support

Support in the home is delivered using the Portage model of home education. All our Advisors are trained Portage Practitioners. For more information about Portage, please click the link-  What is Portage?  This support is offered to babies and young children who are either born with a diagnosed condition or who have emerging developmental delay.  Please speak to your Health Visitor if you wish to refer your child.
