Shepherds Pie: with a plant based twist

Age range: 4+ when viewing with an adult

Purpose: To build family engagement and interest in the kitchen environment.

Increase whole-family confidence in the kitchen by providing a preparation and cooking tutorial.

To promote plant-based/ meat-free recipes in line with the UK’s Sustainable Development Goals.

To provide basic evidence-based nutrition information to children and families.

A simple ‘how to’ guide for a plant-based Shepherd’s Pie.
