All cooking videos aim to be as accessible as possible and were designed to get the whole family involved. Throughout the videos, the chef provides details of how younger children can also get involved in food preparation. The main purpose of these videos is to engage children with food and provide whole family food education to promote nutritious, sustainable recipes that families can enjoy throughout the winter period.
