Holiday Free School Meal vouchers
The deadline to apply for Holiday Free School Meal vouchers will be updated later this month.
Step by step guide
You will receive an email from the Hawk Select team entitled ‘Select your Reward.’ Here's an example of what that email will look like.
- Click on link within the email - it is a blue Redeem icon shown underneath ‘Your Select Code’
- Clicking on this link will take you to the Blackhawk Website. Here's an example of what the Blackhawk webpages look like.
There are 5 supermarkets to choose from:
- Select your preferred supermarket
- Select Card Value or enter Custom Value if you have that option
- Click add to basket
This will take you to the checkout screen
- Please make sure that you check the value and supermarket selected are correct before you proceed
- To confirm your order you will have to type your name, surname, email address and confirm email address
- Important – please make sure that all details are correct as the E-Voucher will be issued to this email address
- Click to Place Order
•Once you have done this you will receive a confirmation email from ‘Select Your Reward’ with an order number and details of the award time frame. Here's an example of what the confirmation email looks like.
For example - your order has been placed and will be processed immediately. Your eGifts will be sent to you via email within 24 hours, and gift cards will be dispatched by post within 3-5 days. E-codes are emailed from firstname.lastname@example.org.
