GCC Traffic Regulation Committee - 16th Dec 2019
The main item on the agenda for this meeting is to discuss the Phase 4 amended trial of the Cheltenham Transport Plan. The Committee will then make a recommendation to Gloucestershire County Council’s Cabinet, which will make a decision about the future of the Phase 4 amended trial at its meeting on 20th December.
You can find out more about the scheme online here.
The agenda and supporting documents will be displayed on this page in the week before the meeting.
We are expecting this meeting to be popular, so we have hired St Paul's Church in Cheltenham for the day. The venue can hold up to 300 people, and for health and safety reasons we need to make sure this limit is not exceeded. Therefore, if you would like to attend the meeting, please book a place using the links on this page.
Getting to the venue
The venue is a short walk from Cheltenham town centre bus stops and public car parks. There is cycle parking on site and limited car parking, which will be prioritised for blue badge holders who have contacted us in advance to reserve a space. Please consider lift sharing and alternative ways to get to the meeting than by car.
