Requesting copies of incident reports

A report is completed after every incident the service attends. If you require a copy of an incident report, please request a copy of the incident report via email to control@glosfire.gov.uk or in writing:

To cover administrative costs there is a charge of £84.00 including V.A.T for each incident report. This can be paid by BACS, please contact control@glosfire.gov.uk for details.


Following a request for a copy of the incident report 

  1. BACS details will be sent via email or letter
  2. Please forward confirmation of payment to control@glosfire.gov.uk indicating the address you would like the incident report sent to
  3. The incident report can then be sent either electronically by return or alternatively a copy sent to you by post
