Requesting copies of incident reports

A report is completed after every incident the Service attends.

If you require a copy of an incident report, please request a copy of the incident report via email to or in writing to;

Fire Control
Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service
Tri-Service Headquarters
Waterwells Drive

To cover administrative costs there is a charge of £84.00 including V.A.T for each incident report. This can be paid by BACS or by sending a cheque to the address above made payable to 'Gloucestershire County Council' - please see details below.

Following a request for a copy of the incident report.  

  1. BACS details will be sent via email or letter.
  2. Please forward confirmation of payment to indicating the address you would like the incident report sent to.

  3. The incident report can then be sent either electronically by return or alternatively a copy sent to you by post.
