UPDATE: Problems contacting us by email

We are currently not able to receive emails. Our IT provider has been subject to a cyber attack. From the checks they have carried out so far, they do not believe our systems have been affected, however as a precautionary measure we have blocked all external emails from reaching our servers, until they can assure us that this is the case.

Emails from us are not affected by the block that is in place, so you should still receive contact from us in this way, although it may take slightly longer than normal.

We will let you know when these issues are resolved.

If you need us urgently, please call us.

Pyke Quarry Household Recycling Centre closed on 7th April

06.04.2017

The Pyke Quarry Household Recycling Centre near Horsley will be closed all day tomorrow, due to essential roadworks on a nearby road.

Residents can find alternative household recycling centres on the Recycle For Gloucestershire website, recycleforgloucestershire.com.

To avoid queues, please try to plan visits during quieter times, between 10am-4pm, and use a recycling centre within Gloucestershire.

There are several household recycling centres in the county, including Fosse Cross, Cirencester, and Hempsted in Gloucester. Residents are asked not to use Thornbury Household Recycling Centre, which is based in South Gloucestershire.

The Pyke Quarry site will be open as normal from 9am Saturday morning.
