Easter Craft Event, Thursday 13th April
Free drop in event 10.30-11.30am
Make Easter cards, Easter chicks, Easter bunnies and Easter hats with feathers, glitter and glue.
Spring planting at the library, Wednesday 19th April
Free drop in event 10.30-11.30am
Plant your very own broad bean seed and grow your very own beanstalk, just like Jack!
Virtual Reality Day, Saturday May 13th
Free: 10-4pm
From deepest darkest Peru to the Sahara desert, visit anywhere on Google Earth via a virtual reality headset, for one day only! Aimed at youngsters aged 13+. Booking required: please call the library on 01453 543059
Weekly event sessions at Dursley Library
Storytime Free drop in event: Tuesdays, 2pm and 3.45pm, term time only.
Stories and sometimes rhymes, always including a story-related craft activity.
Baby Bounce and Rhyme Free drop in event: Thursdays, 10.30am, term time only. Sing to your favourite nursery rhymes and stay for a chat afterwards.
Code Club Free, please book with library. Tuesdays, 3.30pm, term times only.
Learn some simple coding, starting with Scratch and HTML. For children 9-11 years old.
Plus - all residents and library users are invited to read Dursley Library’s ‘Book of Memories’, or even add to themselves if they have a memory from the past that they would like to share.
