UPDATE: Some of the restrictions on emailing have been lifted

We are pleased so say that we are now able to receive some external emails. Until we are completely confident that our servers are not at risk, external emails that include a link or an attachment will continue to be quarantined.

Emails from us are not affected by the block that is in place, so you should still receive contact from us in this way, although it may take slightly longer than normal. We will let you know when these issues are resolved.

If you need us urgently, please call us.

Cleeve Link update (3)

Published
10.03.2017

Following the news last week that Cleeve Link, one of the council’s home care providers is closing, there have been some delayed visits and a handful of visits that have been missed, but we have been in contact with service users and families to make sure they still receive the care they need.

news

Throughout the week, the Cleeve Link carers have carried on working, through the uncertain times, and their dedication and commitment will mean they will continue to provide care.

We have continued to be in contact with service users and families to make sure they still receive the care they need.

The council is continuing to work with partners to take on the care staff going forward.

The 24hr telephone number for queries is still available for anyone with concerns 01452 887689.
