GHES is a ‘Picture News’ advocate school

In April 2022 GHES became an advocate school for Picture News.
We use the Picture News resources in a variety of ways across the service. For example, the ‘Big Question’ is used for debate amongst pupils in GRH and the resources are used face to face with individual primary pupils during their weekly English/PSHE lessons.
Picture News has recognised the unique way in which our students use the materials to discuss current news events and use our school as an example on their website.
