Discovering you have a pregnant schoolgirl on site may have thrown you into a spin, or maybe you have taken it in your stride. We certainly have the easier side of the deal and so let’s be responsive, efficient and effective and make her experience of being pregnant at school as positive as possible.

The main policy document ‘Guidance on the Education of Pregnant Schoolgirls and School Age Parents in Gloucestershire’ (see below) is a good place to start, it has a lot of helpful information, guidance on the next steps you will need to take, and examples of documents you will need to produce so you can feel confident key areas are covered.
